Sticker 3" round "Good Enough Backyard Beekeeping"

$5.00

This sticker is to promote Good Enough Backyard Beekeeping. “Good Enough” is a life style. Many of us have been surrounded by the concept that perfection is the only goal and “Good Enough” is bad. That is not true. Perfection is usually not a realistic goal. Trying to reach perfection is like trying to reach infinity. You can never get there.

I started Good Enough Back Yard Beekeeping because I notice beekeeper were trying to be the “perfect beekeeper”. Beekeeper were doing things that do not need to be done. They try to please everyone and worry about everything. “Good Enough Back Yard Beekeeping” is promoting a more laid-back life style. This is about not stressing over the little things. For example, I rarely scrape the tops of my frames, I do not scrape my queen excluders and I do not wrap my hives. I do proper Mite management, I feed my bees when needed and I do good with swarm prevention. I do not buy every gadget. I stick to basic tools.

I am going to call this description “Good Enough” :)
